Role Title: Construction Superintendent
Location: Summit County Colorado
Shift: M-F 8-5pm
Role Type: Direct, full-time, long-term position
Pay: $ 110k-140k depending on experience
Work Authorization: US Cit, Green Card
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects from sitework through project closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and productivity targets
- Develop and manage short-term schedules aligned with the overall project timeline
- Ensure compliance with safety programs, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of scope and resolve field issues
- Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, and engineers to track progress, manage RFIs, and support successful delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily or commercial construction projects
- Experience managing ground-up multifamily construction (apartments, podium, wrap, garden-style, or mixed-use residential)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Proven ability to manage safety, quality control, and on-time project delivery
- Experience using construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools preferred
