Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and commercial work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, every day may be different. You will be the all around handyman. We are looking for someone extremely trusting and reliable with a can do attitude!
You are hard-working, team player, can take orders and take criticism. Looking for someone who is wanting to learn and grow with every task they are given.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, use, operate, and/or test machinery or equipment
- Heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
- uses a variety of tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices
- Gather, compact and dump trash from property
- Landscaping/Gardening work
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry, General contracting and construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
