What You’ll Do:
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, and present product options that fit
- Provide helpful, honest, and friendly support throughout the customer experience
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions with confidence
- Meet with customers in person within a designated territory
- Help customers make informed buying decisions — no pressure tactics, just great service
- Work with your team to reach shared performance goals
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality — customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus (not required)
- Motivation to learn and grow within a startup team
- Reliable, self-directed, and team-oriented
- Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a bonus
