Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Wall, NJ. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment while ensuring product quality and compliance with company safety standards.

Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor production equipment
* Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
* Complete production documentation accurately
* Follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures
* Assist with cutting, inspection, packaging, and other production tasks
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow GMP, safety, and company policies

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED preferred
* Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
* Quality inspection experience is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
