Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required (must not be CRT)
- Current Ohio RCP license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Experience with Epic, Pyxis, and networked healthcare applications preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver prescribed respiratory therapy services in compliance with provider orders
- Operate necessary medical equipment and document patient information in EMRs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain infection control practices
- Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, with ability to stand, bend, or move intermittently throughout the day
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
