About the Job

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Boston crew and help keep our customers taken care of. If you’re someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and likes solving problems, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
  • Provide clear answers, resolve issues, and create a smooth experience
  • Update customer records and log interactions accurately
  • Help with scheduling, orders, and general service needs
  • Work closely with the team to meet daily sales goals
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude that represents the company well

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills (Boston directness welcome!)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your stride
  • Positive energy and a genuine desire to help people
  • Basic computer and data entry knowledge
  • Customer service experience is great—but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
