This role employs the nursing process to deliver patient care while maintaining professional accountability for the care provided to assigned patients. The RN will assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and coordinate patient care alongside various departments. - New Graduate Nurse: $10,000
- Experienced Nurse: $13,000

Qualifications:
Education: Completion of a nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Candidates must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment or possess compact licensure, fulfilling all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
