Job Overview
We are seeking a new Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As an Administrative Assistant, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever-evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located in our Chicago office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Answers phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner
- Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system
- Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, and office keys
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence
- Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails working with office manager
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as needed.
- Coordinates conference team and/or zoom calls as needed
- Help prepare expense reports and other departmental projects as needed
- Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment if needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
- Have good to great organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Administrative Experience

Salary Range: $47,008-56,992, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
