In this role, you will apply the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be professionally accountable for the care provided to your assigned patients and will assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate patient care is essential. Upholding patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of their information is a priority. We are looking for both new graduates and experienced nurses interested in the Main Operating Room.

About Us:
Our Main Operating Room functions as a Level 1 Trauma Center and Burn Center, providing surgical services to patients of all ages, including children. We feature 27 Operating Rooms and 7 specialized teams, covering areas such as general surgery, gynecologic surgery, urology, robotics, ENT, orthopedics, and neurosurgery. Our facility is equipped with 4 advanced robotic systems. Comprehensive training is provided across all service lines, including orientation for both circulating and scrub roles. For nurses without prior Operating Room experience, our residency includes classroom instruction, online modules, and hands-on practice tailored to various learning styles.The residency lasts for 5 months, including a one-month mentorship period. Following the residency, RNs will enter a mentorship program focused on specialized training in their new service line.Proposed Work Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts, Four 10-hour shifts, or Five 8-hour shifts (Days)

Qualifications:
- Required Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- License: Active RN license in Missouri.
- Certifications: BLS certification is mandatory.
