Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) - Richmond, VA

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking immediate availability for full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with flexible hours that work around you and your client's schedules. As a BCBA at New Patterns ABA VA, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide ABA therapy services to individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Serving clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed

Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary

Providing training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies

Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make data-driven decisions

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach

Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
COMPETITIVE PAY AND BENEFITS

Competitive pay ranging from $90 - $120 per hour or $90,000 - $130,000 per year commensurate with experience
