HIRING FOR BOTH SHIFTS
Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-3pm & Friday 5am-9am
Night Shift Monday-Thursday 4pm - 4am
What would you do: You would be involved with troubleshooting and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure support for production, mixing and the plant facility. You will draw upon your experience and skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair. You will be able to work independently to maintain, install, trouble-shoot and repair AC/DC motors, conveyors, extrusion machinery, mixing machinery, forklifts, etc.
What else would you do: We are a small team, and we wear many hats -- beyond maintenance, you will be involved with various projects, such as installations, retooling, and doing a lot of preventative maintenance.
What we are really hoping to find: Someone who has some education and previous experience in industrial maintenance (with experience specifically with electrical).
But technical expertise is not the only thing. We know that you will be dealing with a multitude of tasks, so the ability to prioritize and plan your work is important. Having the ability to "master" managing the multiple spinning plates that comes with this line of work. With all of that in mind, we need you to be conscientious, hard-working, dependable, resilient, tenacious, and fun to work with!
Something you should know: The night shift position will initially train on day shift -- where we have a team to help you get your bearings and learn the job first-hand. Once trained, you will be moved to the night shift and be the one and only maintenance technician to support a smaller production crew. It is particularly important that this person be a self- motivated, independent, task manager.
