Responsibilities:

<li>Installation of major components for new to include equipment for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Residential and light commercial</li>
<li>Metal duct work</li>
<li>Manage and train assistants.</li>
<li>Planning, preparation and performance</li>
<li>Customer service skills</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Professional Communication</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and Line voltage</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload.</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Metal duct work experience</li>
<li>3 years lead position experience a must.</li>
