???? What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents feel safe, cared for, and valued every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct nursing care and resident assessments

• Administering medications and treatments safely

• Monitoring and communicating changes in resident conditions

• Supporting and supervising TMAs and Nursing Assistants

• Responding to medical emergencies and coordinating care

• Maintaining accurate charting and clinical documentation

• Protecting resident dignity, rights, and confidentiality

• Participating in quality improvement and team training

• Following infection control and safety procedures

????️‍⚕️ What We’re Looking For

✔ Active Minnesota LPN license
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to lead and support team members
✔ Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
✔ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

???? Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move 30–60 lbs with assistance as needed

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move throughout shifts

• Ability to safely perform essential nursing duties
