About Anterix
Anterix is focused on enabling the modernization of critical infrastructure through private wireless networks. We work with utilities and other critical infrastructure organizations to help deploy secure, resilient, high-performance communications networks that support digital transformation, operational performance, and long-term grid modernization.
As Anterix continues to expand beyond spectrum into broader network deployment and connectivity solutions, we are looking for a strong marketing operator to help bring that story to market through integrated, high-impact campaigns.
The Opportunity
Anterix is seeking a hands-on, high-impact marketer to help build and execute campaigns that fuel engagement and growth across our private wireless and network deployment solutions portfolio.
This is a role for a marketer who knows how to turn strategy into action. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing, this person will lead the day-to-day planning, orchestration, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across key audiences, products, and channels.
The right candidate is a strong builder and doer - someone who can create campaign plans, coordinate across teams, develop execution briefs, manage timelines, work with outside resources, and ensure programs launch effectively and perform against business goals. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a collaborative, evolving B2B environment and enjoys building structure, momentum, and measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to Anterix's strategic priorities, including private wireless and new network deployment offerings
- Translate strategic messaging and product positioning into campaign plans that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline support
- Build campaign briefs, timelines, activation plans, and execution calendars to keep programs moving from concept through launch and optimization
- Support demand generation efforts across priority audiences, including utilities, critical infrastructure operators, ecosystem partners, and other strategic stakeholders
- Help develop and execute account-based marketing programs for named accounts, priority segments, and key market opportunities
- Coordinate closely with strategic marketing, product marketing, customer experience, events and speaking, sales, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns across channels
- Execute campaigns across core channels such as email, LinkedIn, digital, landing pages, webinars, partner marketing, and post-event follow-up
- Work with internal stakeholders and external creative or agency partners to develop the assets needed to bring campaigns to life
- Repurpose thought leadership, customer stories, product content, and strategic messaging into campaign-ready materials for different audiences and formats
- Track performance, monitor KPIs, and provide campaign reporting and recommendations to improve effectiveness over time
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset to campaign execution and continuously identify opportunities to improve process, performance, and impact
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, or go-to-market execution
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns in a complex B2B or enterprise marketing environment
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple initiatives forward at once
- Experience partnering across functions and working effectively in a matrixed organization
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable marketing programs
- Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to develop campaign briefs and coordinate execution across stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and comfort using campaign data and performance metrics to guide decisions
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on role and managing details while keeping sight of broader business goals
- Experience in utilities, telecommunications, enterprise technology, infrastructure, industrial sectors, or other complex B2B categories is a strong plus
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience supporting enterprise or named-account sales motions through account-based marketing
- Familiarity with technical, solutions-oriented, or infrastructure-focused offerings
- Experience bringing new products, services, or strategic initiatives to market through coordinated campaigns
- Ability to work with speed, structure, and strong follow-through in a lean, high-accountability environment
- A builder's mindset with a strong bias for action
