As a Nutrition Services Manager, you’ll be the heart of the kitchen, making sure everything runs smoothly and deliciously. You’ll:
- Oversee daily food production with a focus on quality and safety.
- Order and manage food and supplies.
- Lead, schedule, and support a dedicated food service team.
- Keep accurate records and handle inventory like a pro.
- Jump in on food prep, service, and special school or community events.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and administrators.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an institutional kitchen and knowledge of large-scale food production, including ordering.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in school nutrition or a related field.
- Ability to plan, organize, multitask, and lead with positivity.
- Strong people skills—able to motivate a team and handle challenges gracefully.
- MN Department of Health Food Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to earn within 12 months).
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting Wage, $29.17/hour.

- Full Time, 8 hours/day, school days.
