Aircraft Maintenance Technician
- $27-38 an hour based on experience
- 2nd shift hours, 1pm - 9am (Train on 1st shift)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and internal maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness and reliability
- Execute maintenance work orders accurately and completely
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
- Participate in shift meetings and complete turnover reports as required
- Support on-the-job training for new technicians when assigned
- Perform aircraft run-ups, taxi operations, and offsite maintenance repairs when needed
- Follow material handling and inventory control procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate – required
- Meets recent experience requirements per 14 CFR 65.83
- 2+ years of professional aircraft maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Must own a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and performing physically demanding maintenance tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
