Join a mission-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing life-changing behavioral health services to children and families. We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless hiring experience for new team members.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies.
- Facilitate credentialing, background checks, and licensing verification for BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and develop engaging onboarding materials.
- Act as a liaison between HR, hiring managers, and new hires to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and HRIS systems.
- Monitor state and federal compliance requirements related to healthcare staffing.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare onboarding, HR, or talent acquisition (ABA or behavioral health experience a plus!).
- Minimum High School Diploma required
- Strong understanding of credentialing, compliance, and licensing in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency inHR software, ATS, and EHR systems (e.g., Paycom, Workday, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills toenhance employee experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
