What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who is a hands-on, design and construction focused project leader and thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. While formally part of the Real Estate team, this role is all about managing the day-to-day execution of multiple projects—from new clinic builds and expansions to acquisitions and remodels—often all at once. If you excel at juggling timelines, coordinating lots of moving parts, and turning plans into beautifully built, fully operational spaces, this role offers the chance to make a big impact as Epiphany Dermatology continues to grow nationwide.

What you’ll do:


  • Travel to designated markets, as needed, to oversee clinic construction projects from pre-construction through completion/turnover

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality standards.

  • Support permit acquisition and ensures compliance with local codes and regulations

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and prepare and distribute detailed progress reports to key stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify and address project issues or risks to avoid delays, control cost, and keep timelines on track

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g., Implementation, Operations, IT, Marketing) to ensure alignment, clear communication, and successful delivery of project goals.

  • Engage with corporate leadership and operations to stay apprised of strategic real estate planning needs.

  • Assist in the onboarding, coordination, and ongoing management of general contractors and external vendors.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills, with strong social intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan, execute, and maintain complex schedules and workflows across varying timelines.


Qualifications/Experience:


  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in multi-site commercial construction. Healthcare or medical office/clinic construction is a plus.

  • Experience with design coordination, including reviewing architectural drawings, collaborating with design teams, and supporting early-stage project development - preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction related field; Construction Science, Construction Management or Architecture

  • Background in architecture or architectural design - preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace and where change is expected

  • Self-starter able to work autonomously and driven to excellence in all aspects of the role

  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time


Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Administrative office may have minimum visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
