Job DescriptionOffice Manager Thomasville, GA | $15.00 - $20.00 / HourWe are searching for an office manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations. This role manages incoming service calls, maintains employee tool accounts, prepares reports, and assists with audits. Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process and manage employee payroll
  • Prepare and submit quarterly tax reports
  • Answer incoming service calls
  • Relay messages and service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain and track employee tool accounts
  • Assist with workers compensation and liability insurance audits

Requirements

  • Clean Drug Screen
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Willing to undergo Criminal Background Check
  • Basic knowledge of Quickbooks, payroll, processing checks, answering phones, running errands, etc
  • Great communication skills

Location: Thomasville, GeorgiaPay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 / HourSchedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
