• $80 - $105 per hour
• 5 - 30 hours per week

We’re looking for a compassionate, neuro-affirming Occupational Therapist to join our growing team at Lighthouse! Work one-on-one with pediatric clients in their homes, helping them reach their full potential in daily living and functional activities. This part-time role has the option to grow to full-time for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

You Should Have:

• Experience with pediatric occupational therapy (3+ years).
• Comfort working with disabled children, including autistic children.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
