We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts to drive business performance.


Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, monitoring key financial metrics and balance sheet activity.

• Support the annual budgeting process, including gathering and analyzing financial data, validating assumptions, and communicating insights to leadership.

• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and prior periods, identifying key drivers and providing recommendations.

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, profitability, and operational trends.

• Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages and financial presentations for leadership and operational teams.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, budgeting workflows, and financial analysis capabilities.

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across operations, accounting, and finance to support business initiatives.

• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

• Proven experience in financial analysis, including preparing and interpreting complex reports.

• Strong skills in ad-hoc financial analysis and data mining.
