Contract to Hire
Full On-site
Monday - Thursday from 8-5 ad Friday from 8-2:30
Pay Rate - $33.65/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professional roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and employment laws during the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven success recruiting for professional-level roles (engineering, operations, supply chain, etc.).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
