Job Title: Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time, Night Shift (12-hour shifts)

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department night shift team. This fast-paced hospital role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with a skilled clinical team, and thrive within a supportive, patient-centered culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
- Triage, assess, and manage patients presenting with acute and complex medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and physicians
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough patient documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute care or hospital setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- National certification in Emergency Nursing or a related specialty
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $105,500 – $142,300 annually
