What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruiting CDL Drivers, Skilled Trades, and Light Industrial employees
- Managing high-volume recruiting activity daily
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and outbound recruiting
- Conducting phone screens and interviews
- Managing onboarding and applicant flow
- Filling urgent job orders quickly and efficiently
- Building recruiting pipelines for current and future business
- Working directly inside Avionté and 10street ATS systems
- Supporting the rapid growth of our Austin operation and national accounts
You’ll likely succeed here if you:
- Have staffing agency recruiting experience
- Can work fast without losing attention to detail
- Are highly organized and self-motivated
- Thrive in a high-volume environment
- Know how to recruit CDL, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse talent
- Understand urgency and customer service
- Don’t need someone looking over your shoulder every day
- Can balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- Staffing agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting CDL drivers is a major plus
- Skilled Trades or Light Industrial recruiting experience preferred
- Experience using Avionté and/or 10street preferred
