Snapshot:

  • Pay Rate: $18 per hour
  • Opportunity: Temp-to-hire for the right candidate
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, for eight weeks. This includes both classroom (four weeks) and hands-on training (four weeks).
  • Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Dress Code: Business casual

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Advocate? You’ll be:
• Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations.
• Initiating or processing adjustments and performing necessary research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records on customer complaints and feedback, and providing recommendations for changes to management.

• Must be comfortable working in a call center/customer service environment with a heavy call volume.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong human relations and organizational skills.
• Are capable of handling high-stress situations with good judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
