Job Description

Job DescriptionInput FANS invoices in appropriate shared drives and applications. Process purchase order requisitions and place department supply orders. . Process and reconcile multiple FANS retail, catering and cash deposits. Organizes various department documents and storage boxes.. Performs computer data entry of various department tracked data. Assists with data entry into register POS system. Speak and read English at a level that is sufficient to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position. Responsible for answering telephones, data entry, processing, tracking and verifying department paperwork. Knowledge of standard office equipment (i.e., calculator, printer, , photocopier) computer software skills (i.e., MS Windows, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, internet, e-mail). Windows computer skills including proficient use of keyboarding, use of mouse or keys for functions such as selecting items, use of drop down menus, scroll bars, opening folders, copying and similar operations required upon employment to perform the essential functions of the job. Required to work onsite at both PMC Escondido and PMC Poway. Performs other duties as assigned. Follows Palomar Health rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, and quality commitment of Palomar Health.
