Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and consult on complex systems operations, ETL processes, and large-scale production initiatives with significant enterprise impact. The role involves overseeing data integration, warehousing, and operational workflows that support critical banking applications, while ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive solutions in high-pressure financial environments.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, operations, or technology architecture.
- Proven expertise in ETL development and support, including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Strong background in production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and change/release management.
- Experience in data integration, data modeling, data quality management, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work in regulated environments with focus on compliance, risk, and security standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills to engage across technical and business teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, automation, and system monitoring frameworks.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional delivery teams.
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or modernization programs involving ETL or data platforms.
- Ability to create and maintain operational documentation, ETL migration guides, and process improvement roadmaps.
