Job Description

We are partnering with a leading global financial services organization who are seeking a strategic and hands-on Total Rewards Leader to oversee and evolve its compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions. This role will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, balancing the development of competitive reward strategies with day-to-day program execution and employee support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align total rewards initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Manage annual compensation processes, including salary planning, incentive programs, benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Oversee health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and other benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing programs to improve employee experience, attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and ongoing program performance.
  • Monitor market trends and provide recommendations on compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and governance requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and senior leadership on total rewards matters.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience leading both compensation and benefits within a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of total rewards strategy, program design, and administration.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional employee populations preferred.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within financial services or a similarly fast-paced, highly regulated environment preferred.
