REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent (or working toward completion).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service.
Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous retail or customer service experience.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

- Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, courteous service.
- Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and locating merchandise.
- Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and policies.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Build positive relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Sales and Transactions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, credit card, check, and other forms of payment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records when required.
- Store Operations
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized, visually appealing displays.
- Assist with pricing, labeling, and promotional signage.
- Help maintain cleanliness and overall store appearance.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including basic reporting tasks.
- Participate in all monthly inventory counts
- Team and Communications
- Work collaboratively with team members and support store leadership.
- Communicate customer feedback, inventory needs, and operational issues to supervisors.
- Participate in training to maintain product knowledge and service standards.
- Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers
- Other duties as assigned
