What is PACE North? PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique program that helps individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes. Serving the community since 2019, PACE North is expanding rapidly!
What You’ll Do:
As a vital part of our team, you’ll provide compassionate care to our participants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
- Taking vital signs and documenting participant care.
- Supporting our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
- Engaging in restorative therapies and recreational programming.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in MI and CPR Certification. We can provide training for any of these requirements!
- Skills: Strong communication, independent thinking, and teamwork abilities are essential.

Requirements:
What qualifications should you bring to the table? We’re looking for that special person who loves serving others with a positive approach. We’d appreciate at least 6 months’ experience in a clinical and/or elderly patient setting but are willing to train the right person. You’ll need all the appropriate valid certifications, including CNA and CPR, but if you don’t yet have them, we can help with on-the-job training!
