Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Maintain training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Support new employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.

2+ years of experience in training and development or a similar role.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using training software and tools, including LMS platforms.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications in training or instructional design are a plus.

Ability to support 2nd or 3rd shift as needed
