This is a full-time position for a Billing Specialist with Freight Shipping Experience, a plus, with immediate availability in our Hauppauge office.
Requirements:
● Excellent computer skills are a must.
● Strong proficiency in Excel is essential
● Experience with drop shipping and shipping pallets is a big plus.
● Knowledge of routing guidelines will be helpful.
● Candidate should be comfortable generating invoices and sending them out to customers via their portals
● Must be comfortable with product weight calculations for truck or ground shipments.
● The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
● Attention to detail and the ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, yet casual office, are crucial.
● Handle both billing products and data entry
● Strong communication skills are a must, with customer service experience being a plus.
● Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals will excel in this role.
As part of our team, you will play a vital role in managing shipping, logistics, and freight-related aspects of our business. You'll work closely with our dedicated team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. We will train an experienced candidate as to the specifics of our job.
