Job DescriptionAdecco is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our client team located in Winooski. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management office, supporting leasing activities, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and maintaining accurate records. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is committed to delivering exceptional support and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to property managers and leasing agents.

Manage office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.

Maintain digital and paper filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and up-to-date.

Serve as a first point of contact for current and prospective tenants.

Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and application processing.

Handle routine tenant requests, maintenance coordination, and follow-up.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication.
Financial & Reporting Support

Assist with rent collection and payment processing.

Prepare and distribute tenant notices (e.g., late payments, lease expirations).

Track and report on occupancy rates, lease expirations, and maintenance requests.

Support month-end reporting and audit preparation as needed.

Support property inspections, safety protocols, and compliance audits.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Professional demeanor and commitment to customer service.
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
