Company Overview
Location: Bellevue, WA (Factoria)
Salary Range: $92,000 - $102,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Incentives: $5,000 sign-on bonus along with production bonuses

Your Initial 30–60 Days
- Comprehensive onboarding with defined expectations
- Collaborative treatment and case discussions alongside the Clinic Director
- Gradual transition to full independence (no abrupt challenges)
- Early emphasis on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and patient communication
Your Responsibilities
- Assess and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Guide patients through exercises, movement retraining, and progressive loading
- Utilize manual therapy when it significantly enhances outcomes
- Make informed clinical decisions rather than merely adhering to protocols
- Document patient interactions efficiently during work hours (no after-hours notes)
Clinic Environment
- Active care model in an open-gym setting (limited passive modalities)
- Structured schedule aimed at quality and efficiency
- Collaborative team with high standards and strong accountability
- Patient demographic: active adults, athletes, and motivated individuals
Mentorship and Development
- Direct access to the Clinic Director for immediate feedback and case discussions
- Regular one-on-one check-ins focused on personal growth and performance
- Clear pathway for progression: confidence → efficiency → autonomy
- Focus on clinical reasoning rather than one-size-fits-all care
Qualifications
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn
- Passion for sports, movement, and performance-oriented rehabilitation
