Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a growing company located in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain business relationships through in-person sales efforts.
Job Summary
The Junior Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for visiting prospective and existing business clients, introducing products or services, and supporting business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow a career in outside sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective and existing business clients within an assigned territory
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Collect and share market and competitor insights
- Update customer interactions and activity in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
- Meet daily and weekly activity goals
- Maintain a professional brand presence in the field
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous outside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with face-to-face selling and cold outreach
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Basic CRM and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
