A reputable specialty pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a contract position lasting 13+ weeks. This role offers a blend of retail and long-term care responsibilities, providing a diverse and rewarding work experience in a dynamic pharmacy setting.
Location:
- Grand Rapids, MN
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Possible rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services in both retail and long-term care settings
- Manage medication therapy and provide patient counseling
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota pharmacist license
- PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
- Immunization and CPR certification required
- Previous experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings highly desirable
