You will be responsible for monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems while providing customer service in a timely manner. Working for external and internal customers to dispatch field technicians as needed and by performing the following duties:

Location: Portland, OR

Shift: Monday - Friday, either 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

Pay: $25 hour

What you’ll do:

  1. Create service calls requested via email or telephone calls from customers.
  2. Answer incoming telephone calls, directs the calls to the appropriate person and takes accurate messages.
  3. Monitor Dashboards and Ticketing systems
  4. Assist Service Managers with updating clients as needed on status of jobs and/or requests.
  5. Assist with special projects and support other admin staff.
  6. Dispatch calls to the appropriate technician based on geographical location and technician skillset.
  7. Submerge into the Cook Solutions Group culture which is “taking care of the customer” and “We make it happen” motto!
  8. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

What you’ll bring:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
