Position: Data Entry Clerk (3rd Shift)
Full-Time: 40Hours
Location: College Park, GA 30349
Contract: 12/22/2025 – 12/21/2026
Schedule: Tuesday– Saturday, 11 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Range: $19.80 hourly, paid weekly.

Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate responsible for accurately and efficiently keying information from images or original documents according to client specifications. The ideal candidate demonstrates precision, speed, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data quickly and accurately using both full keyboard and numeric keypad.
- Process information in accordance with customer instructions and on-screen prompts.
- Identify and acknowledge out-of-balance transactions.
- Complete all assignments within specified customer deadlines.
- Communicate any system or processing issues to management promptly.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum typing speed: 8,000 KSPH.
- Proficient 10-key skills and strong keyboard accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous Data Entry (DE) experience required.
- PC literate with ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to manage high-volume workloads.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Understanding of Lockbox processing preferred.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
