Job Description

Digital Product & Execution Analyst ensures the successful research, definition, planning, development and implementation of initiatives of work delivered by Agile teams.
This product analyst will help with market research, serve as liaison between product and UX to enhance user experience based on research, analyze Data and behavior along with leading UAT (functional testing) working with testing teams.
Serves as a subject matter expert in a leadership role and may be a member of multiple Agile teams simultaneously. Performs integration testing as needed and assists with the Quality Assurance (QA) process. Understands the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to assist the team or other teams in filling resource, knowledge or documentation gaps. Functions as liaison in eBusiness between Product Management, Production Support, the Information Technology department, and the Agile teams.

Primary Responsibilities
Validates documented functionality against system performance to identify and categorize bug-remediation and enhancement work for Agile teams Prepares functional, system and program requirements for eBusiness value streams for ongoing projects and releases Obtains and refines system knowledge to become valued subject matter expert for assigned team Evaluates reported system defects and manages the flow and prioritization of related work based on impact, customer need and Product Management prioritization Writes user stories, if needed, to provide for team backlog based on research and results of evaluation Identifies, takes ownership, and volunteers for tasks that will enable the team’s success Performs QA and integration testing for scheduled initiatives, bug remediation, enhancements and releases Completes project and perform duties as assigned Provides integration across Agile teams and value streams Creates and updates system documentation as necessary

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Bachelors degree and two years related experience
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Problem solving and priority management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferences
Prior experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban
SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification
Experience providing application support to include troubleshooting
Banking or financial services industry experience
Comments for Suppliers: Product Analyst Role

1) Conducts Market research to spot trends and opportunities.
2) Works with Digital Research (UX) team to create customer survey to understand customers changing need. Translates the results of survey to define business case opportunity.
3) Analyze data and customer behavior to influence open banking product strategy
4) Creates user stories in Jira, wireframes, and actionable requirements for the Open banking development team
5) Performs user acceptance testing, leads, and orchestrates concert testing before the production release.
6) Manages Product life cycle.
