Front Desk Receptionist – Pain Management Clinic

Join our growing pain management practice as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients. In this vital role, you will help create a welcoming, supportive environment while ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate patient records
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain front office organization and ensure a smooth patient flow
- Assist with patient intake forms and ensure all documentation is complete
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous front desk or medical office experience preferred (pain management a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems
- Knowledge of insurance verification and medical scheduling processes
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
