What You’ll Do
- Source, recruit, and onboard physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants for permanent and contract positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing candidates, conducting outreach, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.
- Build strong relationships with both providers and facilities, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates through consistent outreach, networking, cold calling, job postings, and referral generation.
- Collaborate with internal team members to meet facility needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open roles.
- Stay knowledgeable about market trends, provider compensation, licensing requirements, and credentialing processes.
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing (locum tenens or permanent placement).
- Background in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and high-volume outreach strategies.
- Knowledge of medical specialties, provider licensing, and hospital staffing needs.
