Location: St. Francis Clinic
100% Outpatient care
On-site specialties include: Endocrinology, Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Podiatry, Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, and Integrative Medicine (Chiropractic)
Facilities include an on-site lab (conducting routine and urgent tests, with some sent to our ACL Central Lab at West Allis hospital), a comprehensive radiology department, and rehabilitation services
This facility is recognized for offering a complete spectrum of health services in a single location, featuring Clinical Referral Specialists, Care Management RNs, Social Service Navigators, Financial Advocates, and a Diabetic Educator/RD
Utilization of EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Join an integrated, nationally acknowledged organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines
Access to DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review, editing, and approval
