Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated Order Fillers to join our team for project-based assignments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately fulfilling orders, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining attention to detail, especially when working with match media mailing. Regular attendance and reliability are key for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment:
- Use hands to pick, pack, and fulfill orders efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy in order details and packaging.
- Quality Control:
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Pay close attention to detail to prevent errors, especially with match media mailing.
Work Environment:
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily production goals.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required.
- Basic knowledge of safety guidelines in a warehouse setting.
Additional Information:
- No Flexible Schedule: Must commit to the assigned Monday–Friday schedule.
- Overtime: Available with advance notice.
- Project-Based: Performance may influence future assignments.
