Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Butler County, PA
Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 (Based on experience)
We Guide, You Grow LLC is hiring an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a busy construction company based in Butler County, PA. This is a key role supporting both business and personal operations in a fast-paced, growing environment.
About the Role:
You’ll work closely with the CEO to keep daily operations organized and on track—managing schedules, communications, travel, and key administrative projects. You should be proactive, adaptable, and able to handle both business and personal tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Email Management – Coordinate meetings, manage inboxes, and ensure the CEO stays organized and prepared.
- Travel & Logistics – Plan and book business and personal travel (including international and private travel).
- Administrative Support – Handle calls, messages, file organization (physical & digital), and manage day-to-day priorities.
- Event Coordination – Assist with corporate meetings, social events, and personal activities.
- Financial Support – Help with tracking expenses, invoices, and tax documentation.
- Technology & Tools – Recommend and maintain tools, apps, or systems that improve productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive (or a strong desire to grow into that role).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office, internet tools, and mobile apps.
- Strong sense of discretion, follow-through, and emotional intelligence.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree a plus
- Experience with project management or administrative leadership.
