Veterans Affairs’ (VA) RN Case Manager | Details and Compensation:

  • Location: Aurora, CO 80045 – 100% on-site
  • Payrate: $39-40/hr
  • Required Availability: Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays; 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am-5:30pm

Veterans Affairs’ (VA) RN Case Manager | Summary and Highlights:

Registered Nurse Case Managers to support the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) mission of serving veterans and their families. This position involves performing key administrative duties for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Community Care and Referral Coordination Team. This role will be based in Aurora, CO, and Glendale, CO.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Veterans Affairs’ (VA) RN Case Manager | Responsibilities:

  • Support the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA)
  • Coordinate and provide patient care.
  • Educate patients and the public about various health conditions, diseases, and illnesses.
  • Perform administrative tasks supporting the Office of Community Care and Referral Coordination Team.

Veterans Affairs’ (VA) RN Case Manager | Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution.
  • 2 years direct patient care experience within the last 3 years.
  • Active, current, full and unrestricted Registered Nurse license to practice as a RN in CO
  • Active BLS (AHA) certification.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing.
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
