Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Available

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide compassionate, respectful care that supports dignity and independence

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Support residents with meals and hydration

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Kentucky

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for caring for others

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
