Job DescriptionAdecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on a Machine Operators on 3rd shift. This is a temp to hire position, with full time hours!
Job Title: Machine Operator
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $21.60 per hourJob Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain specialized printing machinery. Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a strong focus on quality control, precision, and strict adherence to security protocols is essential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed printing and finishing machinery
  • Load materials such as paper, ink, and plates; ensure proper alignment and calibration
  • Conduct in-process inspections to maintain print quality and consistency
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate production records and follow detailed job specifications
  • Collaborate closely with quality control to identify and address defects
  • Adhere strictly to security procedures and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
  • Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of machine operation experience in manufacturing or printing preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment

Pay Details: $21.60 per hour
