Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment according to blueprints and schematics.
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, and related mechanical systems on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring seamless integration of plumbing with carpentry, HVAC, and other trades.
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support construction activities while adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site using mechanical knowledge and field service experience to provide effective solutions promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a strong background in construction plumbing and site work.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and other construction tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety standards at all times.
