- Salary Range – $72,000-$98,500 per year

Job Overview
The Operations Financial Analyst plays a key role in executing assigned Accounting tasks. This includes leading manufacturing and warehouse financial analytics, reporting, and process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Inventory analytics in support of improving reporting & visibility, reducing loss and enhancing KPIs performance. Support plant and warehouse inventory cycle counts and wall to wall activities.
- Support the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasting preparation & month variance analysis for the plant operations team.
- Develop, maintain, interpret and execute reports critical to running the business.
- Maintain key reporting analytics such as, but not limited to: Overtime Analysis, Headcount Analysis, PPV, production and Loss Reporting.
- Support Adhoc manufacturing and warehouse costing analytics.
- Work cross functionally with Engineering to own ROI analytics for Capital projects.
- Answer Accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Lead key projects for the finance and accounting team to drive both efficiency and accuracy of results and reporting.
- Support and enhance cost-saving program across sites and business areas.
- CNY travel to support various manufacturing and operating sites.
- Own costing time study analysis used to generate account cost stands by meticulously tracking labor hours required to perform certain deliverables.
Min. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and financial statement work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced skills/knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with accounting and finance within an ERP environment is required, Oracle is preferred.
- Accounting / Finance experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
