Position: Health Insurance and Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Location: Feasterville PA

Type: ON SITE Not remote / Full-Time / Part Time Flexibility Available

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with health insurance plan selection, enrollment, and benefits coordination
• Group health benefits service providing quotes, renewals, client service .
• Provide guidance on Medicare options when required
• Educate clients on eligibility requirements, coverage options, and application processes.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance and enrollment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance market trends.
• Conduct informational sessions and workshops for clients and community groups.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollment documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in health insurance or Medicare enrollment.
• Comprehensive understanding of Medicare policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Proficient in using enrollment software and online portals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Producers License and Certification in health insurance (preferred but not required we will train).
